Reasonably good staff, great location in front of the taxi for a block to stop traffic coming down. Updated, spotless room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The location was stunning and conveniently close to everything. the staff were incredibly attentive and extremely helpful. it was just a short distance to catch an Uber or taxi, and near the main cathedral, as well as other key attractions.

This hotel has an amazing, secluded location and it's only a short 10-minute drive to Camping Levesque.

The hotel was big size with a magnificent location just next door to great restaurants, the center of Morelia, and nearby bars and nightclubs. The room was well-appointed where another bathroom is located and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The breakfast was rich, all meals were good. This was a good stay of Mexican valet parking services with reasonable prices.

The restaurant was excellent with its tasty food & friendly servers, we ordered tasty dishes. The location was great and beautiful - just 5 minutes' walk from Temple of the Nuns.

Everything was beautiful, and I highly recommend it. I really enjoyed my stay, especially the excellent Mexican valet parking services. the rooms were unique and airy, complemented by the helpful staff who maintained the lovely balconies.

Excellent location, the Hotel is in a very nice building, most rooms have street view, which is not usual in colonial Mexico

The installations of the room are weird, the toilet-flush uses very little water (which works at about 80%, sometimes you have to flush twice or even three times) The main ceiling light can only!! be controlled by the room access card (which in general shuts down ALL electric conections in the room) , that means that you cannot recharge your computer, cellphone etc at night, as you would have to sleep with the lights on... At the check-in they make you sign a receipt of all things in the rooms (blankets, pillows etc) and you have to hand in this receipt together with the AC and TV controls at checkout... Weird for a 5* hotel...

The staff was great at addressing my concerns and resolving any issues promptly. the room was spacious and had a nice breeze coming in, with comfortable furniture and a balcony.

The staff is very attentive and makes sure that the place is spotless. the ambiance is elegant. - It has a marvelous and stunning location to see Morelia Cathedral. - the restaurant serves tasty vegetarian food.
